DUMBO — Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass — occupies a compact stretch of Brooklyn waterfront between the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges, where converted warehouse buildings and cobblestone streets create one of the most photogenic dog-walking environments in the city.
